Life School

On alternate Fridays from 6-7pm. Though discussion, lecture and practice we teach the application of Tibetan mystical practices. Life School helps reconnect us with our inner self and the wisdom we naturally have.

You will be asked to develop new levels of body consciousness. You will be challenged to open beyond what you are used to. We focus on stretching your limitations and opening up to your deeper self.

Classes take place in SE Portland. The first session will be to ascertain where you are, where you are going and where you would like to be. The process may take 3 to 6 months.

New Students

Quiet Thunder offers a range of classes for many different types of people.

Students are programmers, psychotherapists, artists, naturopaths, skateboarders, massage therapists, city employees, and even fish-hatchery specialists. What we all have in common is a desire to take a flying leap into the unknown.

"Empower your spirit to take action."
