What is Quiet Thunder Chi Kung?
The focus is in bringing the internal and external together. Connecting our awareness to our emotion, our mind and body and bringing them together. Recognizing how much the mind and the fears block the energies. To develop harmony between the energy and the consciousness. Without that awareness we cannot connect to love. What we do
In Chi Kung class, students begin by bowing right, left and center. We then move into the meditation.
